We don’t buy new construction or high-end properties. Instead, we target quality assets that have been neglected or mismanaged, or are distressed for some reason. We don’t pay top dollar. We negotiate hard and only buy when we can acquire at a considerable discount.
We have been successful in turning dilapidated, ugly duckling properties into swans. We give our buildings a dramatic facelift, using state-of-the-art design principles, lighting and landscaping, and amenity adds for the modern day renter. Our desired end-state is a blissful environment for our tenants.
