Mike Taravella is the Founder & Principal of Niche Holdings. He has purchased and own over $73M in multifamily assets throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Colorado. Mike asset managed a portfolio of over $175M (1,500 units) while helping create systems and operations for their internal property management group. Mike is currently a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and helped Dan Gilbert's family office launch and manage several startups from esports to tech.
