Mark Hentemann
Founder
Mark Hentemann has been investing in multifamily since 2000, building a personal portfolio of 14 Los Angeles apartment buildings. After honing his skills for a decade, achieving success in both good markets and bad, Mark started Quantum Capital RE, and is its principal.
He has completed 50+ value-add multifamily investments, remaining passionate about it as a superior investment. His mission is to share his knowledge and help friends and like-minded investors achieve their goals. He’s also an Emmy Award nominated writer/producer who has written for David Letterman, Family Guy, and created shows for Fox and MTV. He lives in Los Angeles with this wife, Lynne, and their three daughters
Nicholas Ameluxen

Nick Ameluxen is a partner at Quantum Capital, assisting in acquisitions and asset management. Through his 11 years in leadership roles, Nick has found success by solving big problems through relentless hard work and ingenuity.
He has been an active real estate investor in Austin since 2015, and oversees Quantum Capital’s portfolio in Austin, TX. While originally from Denver, Nick moved to Austin in 2014 with his wife and two children.

Clifford Cheung

Clifford Cheung is a real estate investor focused on for helping people build and preserve wealth. As a real estate investor himself, Cliff aims to provide value and insights to those who are interested in learning and investing. Cliff earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s (PwC) audit practice for several years. While working at PwC he began investing in real estate, starting with a 12 unit apartment building in prime Los Angeles in 2012
When he’s not spending time in real estate, he is running an accounting firm in San Francisco which aims to provide unconventional perspectives to help their clients grow and accumulate wealth. He strives to make tax, business planning, and operations more systematic and process-oriented. Other than real estate, Cliff is also passionate about health and wellness.
